Job Description
- Handle supplier’s accounts including
- Posting of invoices and making payments
- Monitor asset registry and depreciation
- Preparing various reconciliation and follow up on emails and other queries
- Posting of bank transactions
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Meet deadlines
- Carrying out other accounting duties as may be necessary from time to time
Job Requirements
Mature and experienced in accounting duties
In possession of a relevant accounts qualification (minimum have an Advance level standard of education in Accounting)
Team player and lead by example
Possess good organizational skills, act diligently, and have an enthusiastic approach
Be fluent in written and spoken
English, and possess good communication skills
Good analytical and arithmetical skills
